Please I want to know if broken heart can cause anxiety, fever and severe headache.

My boyfriend left me last week and I tell my friends I don’t care and I am not even crying or anything like that. But I’ve been feeling very sick and one of them is saying it’s because of broken heart and I should admit it.

I don’t know if broken heart can manifest in physical sickness because although it hurts, I think I have moved on but my body is feeling sick. Any advice please?
