Hi please I am a waitress in a small restaurant in Accra and my boss has been harassing me and the other female workers there. But if you talk it will be like you don’t respect him.

He can just slap your butt when there is no customer around or he will force and hug you when you don’t want it. Sometimes when he is talking to you he will throw his hands someway and it will touch your breast.

Some of the girls have left but he doesn’t care cos he gets the replacement easily. For now I have applied for another place and I am hoping to get it. But how can I handle his attitude in the meantime? Because now anytime he calls me to his small office, I get nervous.
