I’m not close to my childhood friend anymore but we do react to each other’s stories, and send the random “you’re awesome girl! ” message on IG.

I noticed they’re both following each other. Yeah, I’m that girl. It’s not a big deal if they fucked. It would’ve been in the past so it doesn’t matter, but I’m curious to know the extent of their relationship.

They could be just pals? I’m not sure what to say next but I already messaged her “Hey”. Kinda regretting it. I just don’t know what to say next, how do I ask this?
